1.  Peacock Pose (Mayurasana)

3.  Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana)

Ardha Matsyendrasana is good for escalating the elasticity and function of vertebrae of the spine. It also helps to boost oxygen supply to the lungs and blood circulation to pelvic region, and also enhances the function of reproductive organs. But it is very effective for digestion system.

 

Twists, in general, are so helpful for improving digestion, and In Ardha Matsyendrasana you have to twist your body which will reduce blood flow to your digestive system. When you will release the asana there will be a flow of plentiful of “new” blood to the digestive organs.

4.  Seated Forward Fold Pose (Paschimottasana)

In Paschimottanasana you can stretch and lengthen your back. If you place a pillow on your thighs and allow your stomach to rest upon it when you fold forward, you’ll create some situation for a digestive massage to happen.

During the pose, when you inhale each time, the pillow will stand firm against your belly will result in compression. Contrary to that, when you exhale, you will release compression and create new blood flow to the region.

 

 

 

 

5.  Corpse Pose (Savasana Yoga)

While practicing the asana, when you will lie down on the floor and stay calm and still, you will facilitate  your stresses to go away. This asana creates a holistic healing environment in your body. Your blood
